Martinsville, New Jersey (My9NJ) –

The National Football League’s annual scouting combine is approaching quickly. Newcomers are officially in pursuit of a dream of being drafted into the NFL.

The TEST Football Academy in Martinsville, New Jersey is a mission-specific school to help prepare veteran college players to max-out at next week’s NFL combine.

Kevin Dunn from the TEST Football Academy commented on why it’s valuable to attend this academy.

“It’s a more important thing to do well at the combine, not necessarily to elevate your draft status in some cases but to definitely prevent you from falling,” he stated.

The combine is a series of measured drills each player goes through for NFL scouts and coaches. TEST Football breaks down those drills into parts.

Former pro football player, Gier Gudmundsen, runs them through their drills at the TEST Football Academy, trying to improve each player’s form.

“I was in their position and I know it’s an unclear time in their life. They might be a little vulnerable but at the same time I want to give them the confidence to step up and shine when the spotlight’s on,” he said

Plenty of pro-football players have passed through this school such as, Bart Scott, Joe Flacco, Patrick Peterson, Mark Sanchez, and James Laurinitis!
